Post Structuralism is about investigating and learning how structuralism impacts and communicates with the audience and users of the system.

Structuralism was a philosophical movement in Europe from the late 1800s till the 1960s. It focused on society in a structural form and on later was explored in linguistics, the structure of language.
Ferdinand de Saussure was a Swiss linguist and the first structuralist to examine the structure of language - What is said and what is the meaning of it.


Other Structuralists and Post Structuralists historians include Jacques Derrida and Roland Barthes, who were the key figures during the start of the Postmodernism movement. Roland Barthes was a strong believer of Structuralists and explored Structuralism in language.
